Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flydreamss, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences and ensure transparency in all our services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any bookings.

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy below:
    • 30 days or more before the trip: 10% of the total package cost
    • 15–29 days before the trip: 25% of the total package cost
    • 7–14 days before the trip: 50% of the total package cost
    • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the total package cost (No refund)

2. Cancellation by Flydreamss:

In rare cases where Flydreamss has to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or insufficient participation), customers will be offered:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or
  • An option to reschedule or transfer the booking to another date/destination

3. Refund Policy:

  • All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Please note that service charges, convenience fees, and any non-refundable components (such as flight tickets or hotel bookings governed by third-party policies) are not eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings:

  • Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation. In such cases, no refund will be provided, regardless of the cancellation date.

5. Changes to the Policy:

Flydreamss reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and customers are advised to review the policy periodically.
