At Flydreamss, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences and ensure transparency in all our services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any bookings.
1. Cancellation by the Customer:
- If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy below:
- 30 days or more before the trip: 10% of the total package cost
- 15–29 days before the trip: 25% of the total package cost
- 7–14 days before the trip: 50% of the total package cost
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the total package cost (No refund)
2. Cancellation by Flydreamss:
In rare cases where Flydreamss has to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or insufficient participation), customers will be offered:
- A full refund of the amount paid, or
- An option to reschedule or transfer the booking to another date/destination
3. Refund Policy:
- All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Please note that service charges, convenience fees, and any non-refundable components (such as flight tickets or hotel bookings governed by third-party policies) are not eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation. In such cases, no refund will be provided, regardless of the cancellation date.
5. Changes to the Policy:
Flydreamss reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and customers are advised to review the policy periodically.
